MY STORY
I have always had a strong desire to create. I was born in Piatra Neamt, a mountain town in northeastern Romania, and I spent most of my summer vacations with my grandparents near Humulesti. My grandmother, who was a seamstress in the village, would often have leftover materials from her orders, which I would use to make clothes for my dolls. This passion for creating continued into my adolescence, where I began making my own clothes.
I hold a degree in finance and accounting, and I have actively worked in these fields for a significant portion of my life. However, after reaching the age of 30, I rediscovered my passion for creativity and decided to focus on jewelry making. I enrolled in various courses on handmade jewelry making in Bucharest and pursued studies at the Carmen Saeculare art school in Piatra Neamt, specializing in the painting department. Additionally, I took personal and spiritual development courses, including holistic therapies like Reiki, Theta Healing, and crystal therapy.
These experiences led me to establish the "Magia Cristalelor Boutique," where I design handmade jewelry featuring raw crystals for crystal enthusiasts. I primarily utilize the Wire Wrapping Technique to create my pieces, which presents a challenge when working with materials like copper, stainless steel, or silver. However, this technique also grants me the freedom to craft exquisite settings for these enchanting crystals.
Over time, my project has evolved from a small side endeavor into a more intricate concept. Along the way, I encountered unexpected obstacles and detours. Nevertheless, witnessing the joy of my customers when they receive the final product makes all the effort worthwhile.
Starting in 2021, following the lifting of lockdown restrictions, I attended several contemporary jewelry making courses at the Assamblage - Contemporary Jewelry School in Bucharest. These courses were led by renowned contemporary jewelry designers who taught me both traditional and modern techniques, expanding my knowledge of the art of jewelry making. Through these courses, I gained a deeper understanding of working with metals and precious stones, and developed a passion for fine jewelry, including contemporary pieces. As a result, I began to study more extensively from specialized books and websites, and invested in tools and materials to further practice and refine my skills.
In the spring of 2022, I participated in the Contemporary Jewelry Design course at the Assamblage Institute of Art and Design in Bucharest. There, I consolidated my knowledge and skills and created my first collection. This collection was selected for the Romanian Jewelry Week 2022, which was a significant milestone for me. I had been dreaming of participating in this event, and it was a unique experience.
New projects will come, and I can't wait to see the final results, as well as the road itself, filled with new challenges.

I am a passionate contemporary jewelry artist specializing in innovative and unconventional designs that push the boundaries of traditional techniques.
From a simple piece of metal to a wearable piece of jewelry, I enjoy exploring various sizes, shapes, textures, and colors to convey a story.
I am constantly searching for new techniques, materials, and life stories that revolve around birth, life, death, love, and nature to inspire me. Some of my pieces are influenced by sculpture, painting, and geometry. Through my work, I strive to create a perfect symbiosis between these elements.
It's truly amazing how ideas begin to take shape as I manipulate the materials. With each movement and every tool used, new ideas emerge that shape the main ones. This process ultimately leads to the creation of a one-of-a-kind piece.
I take pride in creating unique and individual pieces that allow the wearer to make a bold statement and stand out from the crowd. I have always believed that the jewelry we wear is an extension of ourselves, a means to express our identity without uttering a single word. That's why I consider it an object infused with a unique energy.
