RENAISSANCE OF THE INNER SELF
Inspired by my personal evolution process, I have created the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" jewelry collection.

We are born into societies that shape us as individuals and walk freely through life, but this freedom is relative because all desires and choices are conditioned by what we have been taught. But there comes a time when we wake up from this automatism with questions like: Who am I really? What is my purpose? What do I really want? These questions produce major transformations in us, in our consciousness, and lead us on a path of self-discovery that elevates us on a personal and spiritual level. This process of transformation reveals to us a self-awareness of its imperfections, of its limiting programs and beliefs that block its unlimited potential for manifestation. This consciousness expands and itself becomes enlightened. New programs and beliefs emerge that free it from the old ones and help it manifest its full potential.
I call this process the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" and I divide it into 5 phases:
1. The self is unconscious of its imperfection.
2. The self is aware of its imperfection.
3. The self is unconscious of its perfection.
4. The self is aware of its perfection.
5. The self expresses its perfection.
For each of the phases, I have created a piece using 3 types of metal (silver, copper, and brass).

THE SELF IS UNCONSCIOUS OF ITS IMPERFECTION
The ring with a silver base and the aerial part made of brass in the form of a cube is the first piece from the "Rebirth of the Inner Self" collection and represents the apparently free self in a reality created by society and the environment. Freedom is represented by the distorted piece of silver trapped inside the cube, a representation called "The unconscious self of its imperfection".
THE SELF IS AWARE OF ITS IMPERFECTION
The second piece from the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" collection is this silver, brass, and copper ring, which represents the imperfect self becoming aware of its imperfection. The self, becoming aware of this imperfection (the distorted piece of silver), frees itself and begins to reform on a stable basis (the copper square representing stability), influenced by the beam of light that penetrates its reality (the brass piece that starts to take shape as a triangle).

THE SELF IS UNCONSCIOUS OF ITS PERFECTION
The third piece from the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" collection is a silver, brass and copper ring that represents the self in its transformation process from the state of awareness of imperfection to the awareness of its perfection, the stage that I have named a state of unconsciousness of perfection. The stage in which both the self and the fascicle of light that influences it in its evolutionary process, although it presents the aspects of imperfection, begin to take the form of perfection. In other words, the self begins to assimilate the new programs and beliefs that lead it towards a manifestation of the state of acceptance and perfection.
THE SELF IS AWARE OF ITS PERFECTION
The fourth piece from the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" collection represents the self in a state of awareness of its perfection, which I call the state of consciousness of perfection. This is the stage in which both the self (the silver disc) and the ray of light (the brass triangle) are perfectly defined in form, but still need to go through the process of polishing the deep-rooted imperfections (the small imperfections and dark lines on the surface of the disc and the triangle).
The self, becoming more aware of its perfection through the recognition of its imperfections, begins to manifest based on the new beliefs and programs that have emerged during this process of enlightenment. Meditation sessions, introspection, research, and in-depth study are an integral part of this process and play a significant role in personal evolution.

THE SELF EXPRESSES ITS PERFECTION
The fifth piece from the "Renaissance of the Inner Self" collection represents the evolved self that expresses its perfection through the creation of its own conscious reality. The elevated self is represented by the perfectly round silver disc, while the void from the meditative state in which you begin to make correct and conscious choices is represented by the patina that gives the disc its black color, with those silver lines drawn on it. These choices are influenced by the all-encompassing light (the perfectly finished brass triangle), which penetrates every molecule of being until total enlightenment.
The Conclusion
This process of transformation/metamorphosis can only take place under the conditions of a rigorous discipline of meditation and introspection, a process that integrates into the reality of the individual/self and becomes a lifestyle. For each of the phases I created a piece using 3 types of metal (silver, copper and brass).
The challenge was to express this concept through three geometric shapes, each of them having a very well defined role. In their 2d form, poor as an art of expression, these geometric shapes have a symbolism that maintains their role in this story.
â—¯
The circle, a universal symbol, with broad mystical, divine meanings, yet unitary, common, archetypal, the circle has been present since ancient times in various cultures and religions. It reflects wholeness, completeness, totality, unity, focus, cyclicity, eternity, infinity, self, belonging, initiation, completion, perfection, and God.

Unlike the circle, a symbol of the sacred or spirituality, the square signifies stability, immutability, fixity, permanence, the physical, material, earthly world, the manifestation of God in Creation, destruction, limitation, organization. The sides and right angles of the square suggest order, rigor, practicality. Precisely for that reason, this geometric figure inspires us with balance, harmonizes our dual aspects, contradictions, brings order to chaos, urges us towards structuralization.

On the other hand, an ancient symbol with magical, mystical, spiritual connotations, the triangle encompasses a multitude of meanings. It can represent balance, harmony, integration, as well as ascent, elevation, culmination, enlightenment, but also subjectivism. The symbolism of the triangle is, of course, closely related to the mystical number 3. Three is generated by the union of the previous numbers, 1 and 2. From a numerological perspective, if 1 represents strength, 2 signifies an opening, so 3 can be thought of as an opening, a burst of strength, as a birth of authentic wisdom.
These three forms have truly inspired me, not only in this collection but also in future projects.
